Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect on swiftmind.id and the SwiftMind waitlist, why, and what you can do about it. It follows Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022, “UU PDP”). The SwiftMind platform will get its own, more detailed policy before it opens.

Who we are

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we keep only:

• your email address,
• the language you chose (English or Indonesian),
• the time you signed up, replaced by the time you confirmed once you confirm (our record of your consent),
• whether you have confirmed.

We don’t ask for your name, phone number, or anything else. The website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party trackers or fonts.

Our web server keeps short technical logs of which pages were requested and when, without your IP address. To stop automated sign-ups, the waitlist briefly keeps your IP address in memory (never on disk) for up to 10 minutes.

Why we use it

Only to confirm your sign-up and to email you about SwiftMind’s launch and product updates. We process this data based on your consent (UU PDP Article 20(2)(a)), which you give by confirming the email we send you. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use a hosting provider to run the website and an email delivery provider to send our emails. They process your data only on our instructions and only for these purposes. If a provider stores data outside Indonesia, we transfer it only with protection at least equal to UU PDP, as Article 56 requires. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• If you don’t confirm your email, we delete it automatically after 30 days.
• If you unsubscribe, we delete your address immediately.
• Otherwise we keep it while the waitlist is running, and delete the waitlist at the latest 12 months after the SwiftMind platform launches.

How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS. Confirm and unsubscribe links are encrypted and don’t contain your email address. Access to the waitlist is limited to the people who run it. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities in writing within 3 × 24 hours, as UU PDP requires.

Your rights

Under UU PDP you can:

• ask what data we hold about you and get a copy,
• correct it,
• have it deleted and stop us processing it,
• withdraw your consent at any time (the unsubscribe link in every email does this in one click),
• object to or ask us to limit processing,
• complain to us or to the government authority for personal data protection.

Children

The waitlist is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please join only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and email people on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
