These terms cover swiftmind.id and the SwiftMind waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them. The SwiftMind platform will have its own terms before it opens.

Who we are

swiftmind.id is run by PT Solusi Mekar Akseleran, My Republic Plaza, Wing A, Zona 6, Green Office Park, BSD City, Tangerang, Banten 15345, Indonesia (“we”). SwiftMind is our business unit.

What this site is

The site describes a platform we are building. The features, timing, and examples on it may change before launch, and we can’t promise a launch date or that every feature will ship as described. The job posts, candidates, scores, and names shown are examples, not real jobs or real people.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll email you about SwiftMind’s launch and product updates, as described in our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining doesn’t guarantee early access.

Fair use

Please don’t sign up anyone else’s email address, sign up in bulk or with automated tools, try to break or overload the site, or copy its content in bulk. We may remove sign-ups that break these rules.

Our content

The text, design, and the SwiftMind name and logo belong to PT Solusi Mekar Akseleran. You’re welcome to link to the site and share it. Please don’t reuse our content or branding in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indonesian consumer protection law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If there’s a dispute, we’ll first try to settle it with you directly and in good faith; if that doesn’t work, it goes to the competent courts in Indonesia. These terms are available in English and Indonesian; if they differ, the Indonesian version applies.
